  • Our refund and return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Shifted Stickers, either through our website or in-store.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at shiftedstickers@gmail.com. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not return any items without first obtaining authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely pack your item and ship it back to 87 Ramsgate Rd, Ramsgate NSW 2217 within 10 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3+ business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

5. Exchanges
